Guidelines for Archive Classes:
- Taking an archived class is a privilege, not a right
- Some classes are not conducive to archive. This will be determined by the instructor
- Archived classes is a privilege offered when extenuating circumstances exist
- Entrance into an archived class is determined on a case-by-case basis. Approval into the archival class will be made by the instructor and an administrator
- Additional work is required of those taking archived classes. Mainly, regular synopses of the daily lessons will be sent to the instructor
- Once in the archival system, the student holds the responsibility to maintain proper standing and contact with the instructor
